Take I-95 South to US-17 South in Hardeeville, SC (Exit #5)
Just as you cross the Talmadge Memorial Bridge across the Savannah River, exit US-17 onto Oglethorpe Avenue.  The Thunderbird Inn is located on your right at the first stop light.  Parking is self-service, free and on-site.

Traveling North on I-95 from Florida or South Georgia

Take I-95 North to I-16 East (Exit #99).
Follow I-16 East to Montgomery Street.
At the 2nd stop light, turn left on Oglethorpe Avenue.
The Thunderbird Inn is located on your left at the second stop light.

Traveling East on I-16 from Atlanta, Macon or Central Georgia

Follow I-16 East to Montgomery Street.
At the 2nd stop light, turn left on Oglethorpe Avenue.

From the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport

Exit the airport onto I-95 South & Take I-95 South to I-16 East (Exit #99).

From Hilton Head Island, SC

Take I-278 from Hilton Head to SC-170 South.
Follow SC-170 South to US-17 South.
